We register Yachts & Vessels under the Seychelles Flag.
To safegard the image of of Seychelles the maximum age is fixed at 15 years with possibility of dispensation. Dispensation can be granted if the vessel is less than 25 years old and subject to good standing.

Shipping companies are regulated by the International Business Company Act 1994 and the Merchant Shipping Act 1992. Such companies are considered offshore for exchange control purposes if they are beneficially owned by non-Seychellois Shareholders.
No income tax on the profits made by an offshore company which owns ships under the Seychelles Flag and operates in international waters. Further no tax is paid dividends.No tax is due on the sale or transfer of a Seychelles vessel or the shares in the owning company.

The registration procedure takes 48 hours for a Yacht and one week for a large Vessel(Cargo).
