Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions pertain to an individual and/or company's participation in the Offshore Ultimate Affiliate program.

1. Joining the Program

By filling out the following form you will automatically become an Offshore Ultimate affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the Offshore Ultimate site and receive a commission based on products purchased by your referred individuals.

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)

  Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)

  Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities

  Violation of intellectual property rights (copying Offshore Ultimate material other than promotion material and/or material proposed in our member area)

3. Linking to Offshore Ultimate!

You may use graphic and text links both on your web site and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by Offshore Ultimate, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in paragraph 2.

4. Affiliate Commissions

You will be paid referral fees for every Offshore Ultimate product purchase. You will receive 10% of the purchase price of any product offered by Offshore Ultimate directly generated by your hyperlinks. You will also be paid an additional 5% commission on the fees generated by webmasters you refer to the Offshore Ultimate affiliate program. A directly related company does not constitute a "webmaster referral" and as such will NOT be credited. You will NOT receive affiliate commission on products bought by yourself or your company.

Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly with a minimum check value of $25. If the minimum value isn't reached in 6 months time - the check will be given for the value under $25. If the referred product was refunded, money was reimbursed or a credit card charge backs occurred, Offshore Ultimate has the right to deduct the appropriate commissions.

5. Terms of the agreement

These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or Offshore Ultimate terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by Offshore Ultimate! If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

6. Liability

Offshore Ultimate will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. Offshore Ultimate does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of Offshore Ultimate will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
